The Azim Premji Foundation has announced the Azim Premji Foundation Scholarship 2025, aimed at supporting girl students from government schools across 18 states of India to pursue higher education. Eligibility Criteria |
- Candidate must be a girl student.
- Must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from a government school.
- Must be from one of the following 18 states/UTs:
Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Puducherry, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Telangana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand. - Enrolled as a first-year student (2025–26 session) in a recognised undergraduate degree or diploma programme (2–5 years).
- Admission must be in a government or selected private institution.
Scholarship Coverage |
Number of Awards: Up to 2.5 lakh girl students.
Course Level: Undergraduate Degree / Diploma (2–5 years).
Renewal: Annually, based on continuation of studies.
Scholarship Amount |
₹30,000 per year (disbursed annually).
The scholarship will continue every year until course completion, provided the student remains enrolled.
